An Irish footballing legend and a former Taoiseach could waltz onto the dancefloor this winter in Dancing with the Star.
The unlikely duo of Ireland record goalscorer Robbie Keane and former Fianna Fail leader Bertie Ahern are heavily backed to star in the show's next series, according to the bookies.
Departing Ireland coach Keane is fancied by punters to swap the football fields for the dance studios, he's gone from 16/1 to just 11/2 to star.
Meanwhile, ex-Taoiseach Ahern has already stepped his way through Dail debates and big elections, but he's now a big favourite to trade the speeches for the samba.

The Dubliner is show host Nicky Byrne's father-in-law, perhaps a big reason he's been backed from 20/1 outsider into just 3/1 to be involved in the RTE show.
Sarah Kinsella, spokesperson for BoyleSports said: “Former Taoiseach Bertie Ahern has been backed by punters to swap politics for the Paso Doble and take part in Dancing with the Stars. Just over a week ago, Bertie was backed into 5/1 from 20/1 but further support has meant that Bertie is now 3/1 to waltz onto the show with rumours doing the rounds.”
Love Island bombshell Maura Higgins is still gaining steady support at 13/8, while other stars tipped to appear include Ray D'arcy, Donncha O'Callaghan, Ryan Tubridy and Rugby Walsh.
