Dublin, Kildare and Waterford are the only counties to have seen coronavirus cases rise by more than one in the last 24 hours.
Dublin, 9, Waterford, 5, and Kildare, 3, are the counties accounting for the majority of the recent cases.
From Tuesday midnight to Wednesday midnight they all saw the highest increases.
Galway, Donegal, Limerick, Mayo, Sligo and Wicklow all saw their cases increase by one.
These new county by county figures are yet to account for all of the 25 new cases confirmed on Friday - with the in depth data from the HPSC a day behind.
Acting Chief Medical Officer Dr Ronan Glynn warned people to be cautious this weekend as they medical experts attempt to keep virus number down.
The doctor said: "This weekend, we all have an opportunity to exercise, socialise and enjoy life in a safe and responsible way.
“Continue to protect each other using public health advice and encourage each other to make safe choices as we work together to limit the spread of COVID-19. We have all achieved so much through solidarity over the last few months, that effort must not be in vain.
“Please follow public health advice and refer to the guidance if unsure about your environment or plans.”
