It has been business as usual on Republic of Ireland duty for Adam Idah despite reporting just after his deadline day move from Celtic to Swansea.
The striker spent just one year as a permanent Celtic player, his dream move not lasting as long as would have been expected. The English Championship side's interest in the 24-year-old emerged last week and the move was completed on Monday.
Brendan Rodgers had insisted he would not be allowed to leave until the club had sourced a replacement. But despite that not happening with Kasper Dolberg opting for Ajax, Swansea were still granted their wish.
Idah is not on internatial duty and manager John O'Shea admits his striker has had a strange few days. However, he insists he has been unaffected in terms of his approach to training.

Speaking to the Irish Mirror, O'Shea explained: “From the training, no [he hasn’t been affected], but I think it was probably a little bit of a strange day or two for him in the sense when the transfer window came around.
“But once his mind was made up and he was going to go to Swansea I think he'd come in and just knuckled down, and he knows, obviously, he's trying to get in the team.
“He's trying to get in the team for Saturday. So I think everyone knows that.
“That's the message we give to the squad, that when you come in, there are places up for grabs here.
“Yeah, we have a good idea of the starting-11, but there's places up for grabs in the team.
“You've got to show that application in training to give the manager some difficult decisions.”
