Dozens of Iraqi men and young boys are said to have disappeared in the last four years. Pro-government forces who conducted searches for ISIL fighters and supporters have been blamed.
Human Rights Watch says it has been able to confirm 78 cases of enforced detention.
The families of those missing say not enough is being done to help them find out what happened.
