Iranian Hulk sends message to Martyn Ford after showing up at rival's hotel

The 'Iranian Hulk' Sajad Gharibi showed up at Martyn Ford's hotel in Dubai looking for a confrontation as the pair's boxing match feud begins to heat up.

The massive duo are set to square off in the boxing ring on April 30 at The O2 arena in London, but Gharibi appeared to want to get at Ford early when he posted a video outside of the Paramount Hotel in Dubai where the so-called World's Scariest Man was staying.

Ford was in Dubai to watch pal Eddie Hall fight Thor Bjornsson on Saturday night, and had let fans on social media know that he was staying at the plush resort. And Gharibi took it upon himself to show up at the hotel looking for his rival, with whom he already shared a physical altercation last month in the region.

He posted a video to social media entitled 'Iranian Hulk and gangs of Dubai' where he appeared alongside four other men in an effort to intimidate Ford. "Hey pretty boy," Gharibi can be seen saying in the video, referring to his rival. "Where are you? I'm here at the Paramount Hotel. Show yourself, I am ready, don't hide. Come out and see me, don't hide."

The giant 30-year-old has a following of over 1.1million on Instagram, but many believe that he has photoshopped his posts to make himself appear in better shape than he truly is. Gharibi has attempted to downplay the rumours of photoshopping on multiple occasions, but still has a number of fans who think that he is portraying a fake image online.

To counteract those arguments, he has taken to YouTube to share short videos where he shows off his physique in raw phone footage, which would be more difficult to edit than a phone video. He shared two videos recently showing his workout routine for the Ford fight, one of which was shirtless, but some fans still weren't convinced.

The pair were supposed to fight on April 2 at the O2 Arena, but that was moved to April 30 when fighters on the undercard were injured and the promotion secured a new date. The card will also feature a showdown between YouTube star Adam Saleh and Manchester United legend Patrice Evra, as well as a series of other celebrities and athletes making their boxing debuts.
