Iran denies US accusation of attacks on oil tankers off UAE coast

Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei has ruled out negotiation with Washington over its nuclear programme, but also said there wouldn't be a war.

Iran's ambassador to the United Nations has denied his country's involvement in an incident at a port in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) that left four cargo ships damaged.
