Sunderland produced a dramatically improved second-half performance to earn a 1-1 draw with Ipswich at Portman Road.
The Black Cats were woeful in a first half which saw them trail 1-0 at the break to Luke Garbutt's goal.
The opener highlighted more worrying gaps in the visitors' defence, and they could have been behind by more if it wasn't for some saves from Jon McLaughlin and poor finishing from Ipswich.
Chris Maguire replaced Denver Hume at the break as Jack Ross changed tactics, and it did result in the visitors having more of a threat.
But their equaliser came out of nothing as Marc McNulty pressurised the Ipswich defence into making a mistake - and Lynden Gooch capitalised to stroke the ball home.
Their were chances at either end as the game wore on, but neither side could find a winner - and it was another 1-1 draw with Sunderland.
