NEW DELHI: England's Liam Livingstone, who was bought by Punjab Kings, became the most expensive foreign player in this season's IPL auction at Rs 11.50 crore, while countrymate Jofra Archer also fetched a high price despite being doubtful for the upcoming edition on the second day of the mega IPL auction in Bengaluru on Sunday.

Earlier on Saturday, Ishan Kishan, who was bought by Mumbai Indians, became the most expensive player of this year's auction at Rs 15.25 crore while pacer Avesh Khan was sold for Rs 10 crore to Lucknow Super Giants as he became the most expensive uncapped player in the history of the tournament.
A total of 74 players were sold on the first day out of the total 204 players were sold at the auction for the 15th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL).
