Investigation launched after man shot in Finglas, Co Dublin

An investigation has been launched after a man was shot in Co Dublin.

The incident happened in the south Finglas area this evening.

A garda spokesman confirmed that officers are currently investigating the incident.

It is understood that at least two shots were fired.

A spokesman added that the condition of the injured man is not yet known, and no further details are currently available.
