The investigation into the disappearance of Jo Jo Dullard 25 years ago has been upgraded to murder.
The 21-year-old went missing back in 1995 in Moone, Co Kildare.
Jo Jo had been in Dublin but missed the last bus home to Callan, Co Kilkenny, and instead hitched a lift to Naas and another to Moone.
On the night she disappeared she called a friend from a phone box in the quiet south Kildare village and said a car had pulled up. She was never heard from again.
Gardai are holding a press conference this morning where they will update the media on the investigation.
