Inventive wheelchair user pictured being pulled around Glasgow by Shetland pony

We all have our own ways of getting about Glasgow , but one man has been spotted using his own unique mode of transport .

An inventive wheelchair user has found an unusual way of giving his hands a rest as he travels around.

The unknown person has been pictured living the life of luxury as his chair is pulled along the River Clyde walkway by a Shetland pony.

A social media post shows the man on top of an contraption as the animal carries it ahead.

Rob MacNaughton, who goes by the Twitter pseudonym of Silivio Tattisconie, was bemused by the innovation.

Tweeting on Friday, he said: “The sights you see in Glasgow, yes that’s a wheelchair on a trailer being pulled by a horse.”
