"Free-D" stands for free debate, discussion and discourse. It's a campaign aimed at creating discussion between students, academics and others. It offers the opportunity to share thoughts, ideas and concerns around free debate in universities.
Everyone values the opportunity to freely express thoughts about the world around them. The Free-D campaign is about encouraging expression of those thoughts by having a say on issues from whether students are encouraged to be free-thinkers to whether universities should always stand up for freedom of expression, regardless of the issue being discussed.
You can read and respond to others views and write or film your own pieces on the issues around free debate in universities.
