International Skating Union President Expresses Heartbreak Over Midair Collision

The president of the International Skating Union expressed deep sorrow and sympathy following the tragic midair collision involving figure skaters, their families, friends, and coaches. Jae Youl Kim conveyed his heartfelt condolences, stating that the figure skating community worldwide is devastated by the news.

Kim emphasized the close-knit nature of the figure skating community, likening it to a family, and assured full support to those affected during this incredibly difficult time. The International Skating Union is working closely with US Figure Skating to provide assistance and comfort to those awaiting updates on their loved ones.
