Nearly 60 million people are internally displaced worldwide. The war in Ukraine is one reason for the spike but other conflicts, severe food insecurity and drought in sub-Saharan Africa are also factors. Also, as healthcare workers in Zimbabwe leave in droves for better paid jobs overseas, our reporters look at the how the healthcare service is coping with major personnel shortages.
