Werner going nowhere

Timo Werner won't be leaving Red Bull Leipzig this month.

According to the latest reports from Express Sport, Werner wants to stay at Leipzig until the end of the season.

Werner, who has scored 18 goals and registered six assists from 17 matches so far this season, has been linked with moves to Manchester United and Chelsea so far this month.

New club enter Lemar race

Wolves are the latest side to enter the race to sign Thomas Lemar from Atletico Madrid this month.

Sport Witness are reporting that the Midlands club are interested in the midfielder and are hoping to use their good relationship with Jorge Mendes as a way of getting the deal done.

Atletico are keen on allowing Lemar to leave permanently this month, with both Spurs and Chelsea credited with registering their interest in the France international.

Inter eye Premier League pair

Two more Premier League players could join Inter Milan this month.

Manchester United's Ashley Young, if reports from Calciomercato are to be believed, is one.

While former Chelsea manager turned Inter boss Antonio Conte has also set his sights on Olivier Giroud, who is surplus to requirements at the Blues.
