Instant observations from the 19th practice at Bears training camp

The Chicago Bears returned to the practice field Tuesday for a padded practice, where the big news out of Halas Hall is that rookie quarterback Justin Fields is going to start in Chicago’s preseason finale against the Tennessee Titans.

With media and fans in attendance, there’s plenty to keep an eye on during Tuesday’s practice, including whether Fields will see some more reps with starting skill players.
