Instagrammable botanical-themed cocktail bar to open in Stoke-on-Trent city centre

An 'instagrammable' cocktail bar and restaurant will be the latest venue to open its doors in Stoke-on-Trent's city centre.

The floral-themed venue - which is aptly named 'Bloom' - is launching in Hanley's Cultural Quarter on November 1.

The bar has moved into the former Size? unit on Piccadilly and is expected to boast two drinks and two food menus offering a choice of mouth-watering meals and refreshments - including a trio of sliders, pulled pork bruschettas and 'burnt toast' cocktails.

A statement on the company's website says  the independent venue will 'showcase the finest cocktails, fantastic food and an amazing array of live music, entertainment and DJs.'

Around 15 new jobs have been created at Bloom which will open from midday to 11pm from Sunday to Thursday and from midday to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
