Instagram has launched a series of new features designed to make the social media platform ever more useful and popular as it turns 10 years old.
The latest additions include a Stories Map, which shows you where you were when you shared your latest updates, and a calendar listing your updates, reports The Mirror.
An Instagram spokesman said: “A private map and calendar of the stories you’ve shared in the last three years, so you can look back and remember all your favourite moments.
“You’ll be able to share, download, and save these stories to your highlights.”
Instagram has also announced that it’s launching shopping on IGTV and testing it in Reels later this year.
It explained: “This will make it easier for people to shop across all of our video surfaces, and easier for creators to continue making a living on Instagram. “
The updates come shortly after Instagram launched a new feature allowing you to pin specific comments to your photos and videos.
Instagram explained: “Today we’re rolling out pinned comments everywhere.
That means you can a pin a few comments to the top of your feed post and better manage the conversation.”
