Instagram 'influencer' cries at prospect of '9-5 job' after account shut down

An American Instagram blogger whose profile was suddenly deleted has posted an emotional video saying she is “nothing without her following”.

Jessy Taylor had racked up over 130,000 followers when her Instagram account was removed.

The reason behind her ban from the platform has not yet been confirmed, but Ms Taylor responded by uploading a tearful video to her YouTube channel.

In the three-minute clip, Ms Taylor claims she does not know why her account was deleted, but accuses any people “reporting her” of “ruining her life”.

"I'm nothing without my following, I am nothing without my following,” she says between sobs.

"And when people try to hate on me or report me [...] think twice because you're ruining my life, because I make all of my money online, all of it and I don't want to lose that.

"I know people like to see me be down and be like them and the ninety per cent-ers – the people who work 9-5 – that is not me, I am in LA to not be like that.”

She then goes on to say that she could never “work a normal job” and that she doesn’t want to return to her previous life as a sex-worker.

"What some of you guys have to realise is I have no skills, I'm twenty-f****** -thousand dollars in debt from college so I can't even go to college if I wanted to.

"I used to work at f****** McDonald's before I did YouTube, Instagram, before I had 100,000 followers, before I had everything in my life I was a f****** loser.”

The video, which Ms Taylor captioned “STOP REPORTING MY INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT” – has been viewed by more than 188,000 people since it was posted on April 4.
