Instagram users worldwide are being hit with a message when they open the app with some features seemingly not working.
People are being greeted with a message saying: "Try again later- we limit how often you can do certain things on Instagram to protect our community."
For some, stories appear to be blank while others aren't able to do anything on the photo sharing application.
