Instagram Ad Money: What Kylie Jenner, Cristiano Ronaldo, Selena Gomez and Kim Kardashian make from their paid partnerships

It’s no longer a secret that celebrities are making large sums of money off of their #ad posts, as there’s a “Paid Partnership” disclaimer at the top of each one now. Whether it’s Kylie Jenner posting for Sugar Bear Hair or Cristiano Ronaldo posting for Nike, today’s biggest a-listers are getting massive payouts for every paid partnership they add to their Instagram feeds.

But what exactly constitutes a “massive payout” you might ask? Here are all the numbers for some of Instagram’s top paid blue-ticked stars, according to D'Marie Analytics, which provides influencers' valuations in real-time (though not every brand will provide the same payment to each star).

Cristiano Ronaldo

Ronaldo has the most followers on Instagram, so it makes sense that he’s racking up some of the largest sums for his promotions. He works with American Tourister, MEO, Nike, Visit Madeira, Dubai Holding and more. In fact, the majority of his feed is made up of #ads, so you know this soccer player has some extra cash lying around. For each ad you see on his ‘gram, he reportedly makes about $1,250,000.

Selena Gomez

Though Gomez is a bit quieter on the social media front than most celebrities, she still makes a pretty penny on her ads. From Puma to Coach, you can spot Gomez Instagram hustling for a little side cash amid her music promotions. For each of her ads, the singer allegedly makes $1,150,000.

Kylie Jenner

To be fair, Jenner is probably making plenty on her own with new makeup collaborations with her sisters coming out seemingly once every few months. But when she’s not promoting her own Kylie Skin line or new lip kits, you can catch her posting for brands like Sugar Bear Hair and Teami Blends. On each Instagram ad post, she reportedly makes about $1,000,000.

Kim Kardashian

Between this entrepreneurial genius and her husband, Kanye West, there should be plenty of cash to go around the Kardashian-West household. It’s a bit harder to find those paid partnerships on Kardashian’s feed as she has plenty going on between KKW Beauty and her criminal justice endeavors. But if you see her posting for HiSmile or Sugar Bear Hair, she’s apparently making $450,000 a post.

Beyonce

Though Beyonce is pretty subtle with her ads, keeping them few and far between while spending most of her time posting fashion photos or videos promoting her Netflix Documentary and music, you’ll still find a few #ads scattered throughout her Instagram feed. Whether it’s Pepsi or Addidas, Queen Bey is reportedly making close to $900,000 per promotional post.

Dwayne Johnson

“The Rock” can advertise anything and we immediately want in on it. He’s reportedly even weaseled his way into making $1,000,000 off of each post about his own movies. However, if you catch him throwing out a promotion for Apple or Underarmour, know he’s allegedly making close to $350,000.

Justin Bieber

The Biebs has been spending most of his time promoting his new clothing line Drew House on Instagram lately – like truly almost every post has something with a big yellow smiley face in it. However, he’s been known to promote lots of big names, like T-Mobile, in the past, and when those types of posts roll through his ‘gram, he’s reportedly making $600,000 per post.

Kendall Jenner

Kendall Jenner has received backlash for some of her ads – like the very controversial commercial she did for Pepsi – but that hasn’t stopped her from cashing large checks for the partnerships she posts. From Calvin Klein to Proactiv to Adidas to Longchamp, Jenner is hustling for a lot of big names out there, and those names are sending over the cash in return. For each post, she’s reportedly making $700,000

Khloe Kardashian

Khloe Kardashian, like her younger half-sister, is quite accustomed to dealing with critics when it comes to her #ads. In between her inspirational quotes and flower photos, Kardashian is often hocking goods for brands like Flat Tummy Co. and Burst Oral Care. For each of her (many) ads, you can allegedly expect her to be making $300,000 a ‘gram.

David Beckham

As only the second guy on this list, it’s important that we give Beckham credit where credit is due. Instagram ad money is clearly led by some influential female figures, but Beckham is making a name for himself on Instagram in his own right. He’s done paid partnerships with brands like Haig Club, Unicef, Tudor Watch and Otro, and for each of these ads, he reportedly makes $250,000.
