The 50-house development was dubbed 'millionaire's row' when its building started in 2000 with the boyband singer and his family lucky enough to snap up one of the huge Victorian and Georgian inspired houses according to RSVP Live.
The estate is located in a small gated community with homes ranging from €2 million to €4 million.

As well as being a millionaires' row, Abington soon became a ‘celebrity estate’ with Ronan and Yvonne Keating, Robbie and Claudine Keane and broadcaster Marty Whelan all moving into the suburban enclave.
Nicky shares the home with his childhood sweetheart, Georgina, and their three children, twin boys Rocco and Jay, 13, and Gia, 7.
Westlife clocked up estimated box office ticket sales of €25.1million in 2019 as part of the band’s comeback tour.
Trade industry journal Pollstar revealed the band’s two sell out gigs at Croke Park in July 2019 helped catapult the lads into the world’s top 100 tours after years of inactivity for the group.
The combined two Croke Park gigs were ranked in the top 20 international box office performances for last year.
Westlife played to 381,984 music fans overall ranking the group at 63 in the top 100 tours globally last year.
