A long-anticipated super-garage has opened its doors in West Lothian today - complete with Greggs.
The Heartlands services in Whitburn began construction back in August 2018 and has opened its doors to the first two stores within a five store plaza.

The Starbucks Drive Thru is also awaiting permission to open its doors, as it's original date of grand opening was September 17.
However, thanks to paperwork not being finalised, the opening date of the popular coffee and cake restaurant has been pushed back till this Friday, September 24.
Inside the Shell garage is an extensive choice of food, drinks and lots of miscellaneous groceries, making it a small supermarket of sorts.

Also inside is a Greggs, serving many popular hot and cold items on its shelves, and is perfect for any long-haul driver needing to make a stop-off between the two major cities in Scotland.

And with petrol sitting at a whopping 1.37 pound per litre, a strong coffee will be needed to pay the price of fuel.

Visitors of the garage will only have to wait a couple more days till they can get their frappuccino fix at the new Drive Thru by the end of the week.
