A three-bed city home is being auctioned with a bargain guide price of £30,000 - but it needs a lot of work.
The terraced property in Kirkdale is approximately two miles away from Liverpool city centre.
It comes with one bathroom, a lounge-come-dining room and its own private garden.
But you’ll need to get stuck in if you want to get this house up to scratch again, with images showing the full extent of the work that needs to be done.
The ceiling is coming down in the bathroom, which has filled the bath and sink with rubble and plaster - making them unusable.
There also appears to be black mould on one of the bedroom ceilings, and paint is coming off some of the walls in the house.

The kitchen and living room could also do with an upgrade.
The sellers have warned the property is a big project in its description on Zoopla.
It reads: “A three bedroom middle-terraced property which is in need of a full upgrade and refurbishment scheme following which the property would be suitable for re-sale or investment purposes.

“Off Stanley Road in a popular and well established residential area, within close proximity to local amenities and approximately two miles from Liverpool City Centre.”
The property will be auctioned off by Sutton Kersh estate agents via a livestream on May 27.
Keep in mind the guide price is £30,000 - which means it could easily go up if lots of people bid on it.

The Zoopla advert also doesn’t specify if there is a reserve price, which would be the minimum amount it can be sold for at auction.
Properties in Kirkdale had an overall average price of £94,158 over the last year, according to the property website.
If you’re tempted by any sort of house that you plan on doing up for a profit, always seek advice first to make sure you’re not going to be out of pocket.

It is important to assess roughly how much money is needed to bring the home back to life, and how much it could then be sold on for.
Also keep in mind that when you’re buying a property that needs major refurbishment, you should always budget for any hidden surprises that you didn’t expect to pay out for.
