Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi have announced the happy news that they are engaged - and it happened in one of the world's most romantic settings.
That's because the couple, who have been dating since 2018 and have been friends for years, were on a holiday in Italy on a glamorous sun-soaked break along the stunning Amalfi Coast and Capri.
Of course there's no denying that the Italian hotspot has everything you could want for a holiday packed with romance.
For a start, the scenery alone looks like something out of a film. We're talking rolling green hills with winding roads, towns filled with pastel-hued buildings, and of course those breathtaking, picture-perfect azure sea waters.
Then of course there are some pretty incredible luxury hotels to be found, not to mention the region is home to some of Italy's best beaches .
Meanwhile iconic towns such as Ravello, Sorrento and Amalfi itself offer plenty of opportunities to go exploring thanks to the plethora of chic boutiques, awe-inspiring churches and historic sites and restaurants serving up that world-famous Italian cuisine.
In fact, Princess Beatrice and Edoardo were spotted on a boat trip to Positano , a spectacular cliffside village renowned for its colourful buildings.
The loved-up pair took a boat to the beach, which is only accessible by the sea, before heading to luxury beach club Da Adolfo for a meal with friends.
