Inside the Raoul Moat manhunt and a race against time to catch a killer

It was seven days no-one will ever forget. Raoul Moat’s deadly rampage began during the early hours of July 3, 2010, sparking what would become one of the biggest manhunts the UK had ever seen.

What started as a jealous attack on his former partner and her new lover became a £1.4m Northumbria Police operation to find the fugitive - and ended a week later in a remote Northumberland village where Moat, 37, took his own life.
