Inside the million pound homes in Didsbury that were put up for sale over Christmas

In recent years, Didsbury has become one of the most sought-after areas to live in Manchester.

With a bustling community vibe and plenty of amenities, the south Manchester suburb has become a hotspot for families and couples alike.

But with many flocking to the area, this demand has caused house prices to surge.

According to Rightmove, properties in Didsbury sold at an average price of £393,929 over the last year, up by 12% from 2020.

Among the dream homes for sale are million pound properties that catch the eye of the more affluent residents in the area.

These three homes were added to Rightmove over the Christmas period and are currently awaiting buyers.
