The first ship of Richard Branson's new cruise line Virgin Voyages will be arriving in Liverpool tomorrow (Tuesday, February 25)
Scarlet Lady is expected at around 2pm at Liverpool's Cruise Terminal with the public invited to head to Princes Parade to take a look at her.
She is the first ship in Richard Branson’s new luxury Virgin Voyages fleet, which aims to redefine the travel industry by unveiling cruise ships which have the same luxury you'd expect of a boutique hotel.
On board, the ship boasts everything from lavish Rockstar Suites to swish restaurants and elegant bars, as well as an impressive wellbeing offering with a gym and spa.
There is also a deck featuring a 220 square foot area of triple netting where passengers can bask in the sunshine.
Other highlights include a an on-board tattoo parlour, vegan menus and drag-inspired brunches.
The 2,700 passenger ship, will be in the Liverpool before sailing for New York, then Miami before her first passenger voyage around the Caribbean in April.
The cruise ship is due to depart at 7pm on Wednesday.
