Bridgewater Place's title as Yorkshire's tallest building has been snatched by a giant new skyscraper that soars over Leeds.
The 114 metre tall Altus House has shot up in recent years, with developers creating an impressive 37-storey tower block with views for miles around.
It has taken more than two years to build, but the very first residents will soon be moving in - and there are a handful of rooms left for those who want to join them.
Built exclusively for students, practically all of the 752 bedrooms and studio flats have now been taken by youngsters studying at one of Leeds' four universities.
However, there are a few private studios still available for students who want a taste of the high life.
The bronze studios, complete with a private bathroom, start from £225 a week for a 51-week contract with IQ Student Accommodation.

They come with a kitchen, double bed, desk and wardrobe, and the studios are big enough to house two co-habitants or a single occupant.
Although the bronze studios offer views over the city, they are all located on the lower floors of Leeds' tallest building. For the most spectacular panoramas, students will have to make their way to the 35th-floor roof terrace.
There are all manner of communal areas to socialise in too, including a cinema room, retro arcade, games room, fitness studio and study space.
The bronze studios are the only rooms left for the forthcoming academic year though. Most have already sold out, including the £279 a week penthouse studio on the 36th floor.
The 2021 autumn terms at the University of Leeds, Leeds Beckett University and Leeds Arts University begin on September 27, while Leeds Trinity University students will return to lectures from October 4.
