Joe Wicks has made it his mission to keep the nations' children active while they're stuck indoors during the nationwide lockdown.
And Joe, known as The Body Coach, has invited kids everywhere inside his home for daily PE lessons.

Joe and his wife Rosie Jones live in the stunning home in Richmond, South West London, with their two children Indie, one, and three-month-old Marley.

Joe is known for taking pictures of his muscular frame in the bathroom mirror.
The garden has high fences to give the family some privacy and is packed with all different kids of plants.
The dad-of-two revealed the outdoor area when he proudly showed off his new motorbike in a recent Instagram post.
Joe also has a home gym packed with weights and exercise machines to keep him fit and healthy.
Little Indie sometimes joins him to workout and has a turn on the yoga mat or lifting baby weights.
