A luxury cruise holiday is launching that won't feature any designated ports of call - and yet there's heaps of exploring to do on the £8,260 getaway.
That's because the new itinerary will be operated by luxury yacht Scenic Eclipse, and it includes rides in the ship's very own SUBMARINE, Scenic Neptune.
Guests can step off the yacht into the six-person sub, and then go exploring some of the world's most breathtaking sea waters filled with colourful fish and other beautiful marine life.
But that's not all - Scenic Eclipse also offers private butlers for guests, ultra-luxurious suites, indoor and outdoor pools, and even helicopters that fold away onboard to make transport more convenient. (You can take a sneak peek inside the yacht here ).

The yacht will be offering a brand new '12-day Sea of Cortez in depth' itinerary for 2022/2023, to explore the region dubbed '‘the aquarium of the world’.
What's likely to appeal to intrepid explorers is that the itinerary doesn't feature any set ports of call, because the discovery yacht can remain in place through anchorless technology.
That means guests really can go exploring wherever they choose, be that the white sandy shores of Isla Partida, the biological reserve Isla Ángel de la Guarda or the shallow lagoons of Isla Coronados which offer up some idyllic conditions for snorkelling.

Then of course there are rides on Scenic Neptune, where guests can go on an underwater adventure to get up close to the marine life.
One in every ten fish in the Sea of Cortez (or Gulf of California) can only be found in this region, not to mention a wide array of marine mammals have been spotted in the area including fin, humpback, sperm and gray whales.
Scenic Neptune is capable of diving to depths of 300m and has spacious leather seating for six guests, alongside an expert pilot who can point out some of the fascinating creatures and plants to be found in the region.
It's been custom-built for passengers who want to enjoy underwater sightseeing, and everything has been designed with a luxurious experience in mind.

While there are no set destinations during the cruise, the yacht will sail on a round-trip from Loreto in Mexico (guests can have an overnight stay in Los Angeles before making the journey over).
Sticking the region around Baja California and Mexico's mainland, there's so much to see above the waters too including the rugged coastlines, pristine beaches and breathtaking green mangroves.

A holiday of this nature doesn't come cheap. Prices for the 12-day itinerary start from £8,260pp based on an April 15, 2023 departure.
So what exactly is included in the price tag? It covers return flights from the UK, transfers, your suite accommodation, dining experiences, premium beverages and exclusive shore excursions including zodiac cruising and kayaking.
