Inside Robbie Williams' luxurious property portfolio — from Holland Park to the Bahamas

It’s been a busy start of the year for Robbie Williams. This week, it was reported that he has moved to the Bahamas, after buying an eight-figure house there.

Nevertheless, the 51-year-old Angels singer and his family (his wife, Ayda Field, and their four children) are used to moving around. Until recently, they have divided their time between homes in London, Los Angeles and Switzerland.

“Me and the missus are flighty people. Wherever we are, we don’t want to be there,” he said in an interview with Caitlin Moran in 2023.

“I think we exist better as a moving caravan, although a moving caravan doesn’t work so well when you’ve got kids that need to be schooled. I guess we’ll have to make a decision at some point. Also, to be a moving caravan is incredibly expensive.”

So where else does the singer own homes? Here’s your guide to Robbie Williams’ property portfolio.

The Bahamas

51-year-old Williams is understood to have bought a luxury home in the Bahamas at the end of last year.

Although little is known about his property purchase, Williams has updated the filing for a number of his companies to show that he is now resident in the Bahamas. This change was made on December 1, 2025.

In buying in the Caribbean tax haven, Williams joins the likes of Johnny Depp, Richard Branson, Beyoncé and Jay-Z, all of whom own private islands there.

Holland Park

In 2014, Williams spent £17.5 million on a Grade II*-listed, Queen Anne-style home in Holland Park, which had previously been owned by the late film director Michael Winner.

Intending to turn it into a “functional family home”, Williams planned a series of upgrades to the building, which put him at the centre of a long-running planning spat with his neighbour, the Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page.

With difficulty —and a number of very specific conditions— Williams secured planning permission to build a super-basement with a swimming pool and spa facilities, connected to the house by a tunnel.

But even so, there have been other complications, including a row over a “fungus infested” Norway maple tree and a wooden trellis, which he intended to install for privacy.

In her interview with Williams at the property, Moran noted a four-foot, gold-plated Lisa Simpson on the stairs, a potential Banksy in the hall and a well-tended garden the size of “half a football field”.

“The mood board is ‘contentment, serotonin, clever LA wife entirely in charge of décor’”, she wrote.

Miami

Last summer, Williams followed in the footsteps of his Holland Park neighbours, the Beckhams, by buying an ultra-luxurious waterfront estate in Miami for $40 million (£29.7m).

The seven-bedroom property had previously been owned by Anthony Lopez and Nicole Martin, of Real Housewives of Miami fame.

The Beckhams, by the way, spent $72.25 million (£60.2m) on a nine-bedroom, architect-designed mansion overlooking Biscayne Bay at the end of 2024.

Williams’ new Miami house was built in 2016 and sits in nearly an acre of land. Covering more than 10,000 square feet, it boasts a private dock, home cinema, chef’s kitchen, temperature-controlled wine cellar, gym, massage room and spa.

Outside, there’s a pool overlooking the bay, plus a “summer kitchen” with a pizza oven, cabana bath and fire pit. Oh, and an 18-car garage.

Previous homes

Williams has a long-standing relationship with Los Angeles, where he has owned several properties.

In 2022, he sold his Tuscan-style Beverly Hills mansion to Drake for £55 million - £30 million more than he’d paid for it.

With some considerable pocket change, Williams headed to exclusive Holmby Hills, once the favoured stomping ground of Hugh Hefner, Marilyn Monroe, Cher, Barbra Streisand, Michael Jackson and Elvis.

He bought the Faring Estate for £39.3 million in 2022, a 1930s compound with a garage for 15 cars, wine cellar, saltwater pool, koi pond, fitness centre, championship tennis court and two fully equipped guesthouses.

This was sold for £51.6 million in 2024, earning Williams a handsome £12.3 million in just over two years.

Williams has also parted with his homes in Wiltshire and Switzerland in recent years. He sold his “haunted” 17th-century English manor for £6.75 million in 2022, opting to decamp to Switzerland during the pandemic.

“Well, I'm a bit neurotic and I thought: where can I place myself where it won't get me?” he said at the time. “I thought, well I'll just live up the Mont Blanc for 6 months… It's really warm actually, it's really lovely.”

He bought a villa near Lake Geneva for 29 million Swiss Francs (around £27m) in 2020, making a loss of CHF 13 million (£12.1m) when he sold it for CHF 16 million (£14.9m) last year.

Swiss property experts told local news that Williams had “massively overpaid” on the property, with one commenting: “It’s unbelievable, I don’t remember seeing such a bad deal in a long time…Nothing justified the 29 million paid at the time.”
