Inside Phillip Schofield and Eamonn Holmes' 'feud' as gaffe leaves TV star 'raging'

Phillip Schofield has reignited his bitter feud with Eamonn Holmes by spelling his name wrong in his new book, it's claimed.

Writing in his memoir Life's What You Make It, Phil, 58, spelled Eamonn's name with one "N" rather than two.

And the mistake has reportedly left Eamonn, 60, "raging" with his This Morning co-star.

A source close to the TV presenter told The Sun : "Eamonn, with two ns, is raging. How did no one pick up on this in 400 pages?

"If it's a joke, Eamonn certainly wasn't in on it and the error has ruffled feathers, yet again."

But it's claimed that Phil didn't deliberately spell Eamonn's name wrong.

A source close to Phil said: "It's a genuine typo — Phil didn't have a clue.

"He'll be mortified to think he might have upset Eamonn."

Mirror Online has contacted reps for Phil and Eamonn for comment.

The pair fell out when Eamonn's wife Ruth reportedly made an official complaint against Phil.

Ruth was rumoured to have been angry with Phil after he cut her off live on air during a preview of Loose Women on This Morning.

There was also rumoured tensions between the couple and Phil at the National Television Awards back in January.

But it seemed Phil and Eamonn had made up when Phil came out as gay in February.

The two men hugged on This Morning and Phil praised him in a tweet.
