The former Pussycat Dolls lead singer, 42, and rugby hunk, 35, enjoyed an action-packed few days away at Yosemite National Park in California.
The stunning couple shared snaps from their relaxing break at the dreamy location, which left their fans in awe.
Nicole made sure the gorgeous photos were shared on her Instagram to show off their idyllic getaway.
In one image, the couple posed together in front of the incredible treeline and Sierra Nevada mountain views.
Thom wrapped one arm around his girlfriend as she snuggled into his arms for the perfect snap.
She begged her fans to "never stop exploring" in another image where she star jumps across a deserted road.
Meanwhile, Thom posted some snaps on his social media page.
The topless hunk showed off his incredibly toned body as he fist pumped the air mid-jump.
"To infinity and beyond!" the star wrote next to the motivating snap.
Thom shared some eye-opening videos to his Instagram Story which captured the mountains in the best light.
Their fans rushed to comment on their gorgeous snaps.
One gushed the trip looked "so magical" while another wrote: "I'm not crying ... totally not crying".
The loved-up stars seemed to enjoy their short break, and revealed they will be visiting again soon.
Nicole and Thom got together after they caught each other's eye during his stint on X Factor : Celebrity alongside Try Star boy band with Ben Foden and Levi Davis.
The couple have gone from strength-to-strength to keep their relationship thriving.
