It appeared her main present was yet to arrive as Tommy had got Molly-Mae a furry friend to keep her company for many years to come.
The sports star had bought a travel carry-on case for the dog, which had a note he had written out from their new pet.
It read: "Dear mommy can't wait to meet you in a few days.
"Until then have the best birthday and I know daddy will be spoiling you rotten."
Although Molly-Mae has begged eager Tommy to put off proposing until they were a little older, the boxer couldn't resist buying her an eye-catching ring.

The social media influencer had two big birthday cakes to polish off in the lockdown with her boyfriend.
One was decorated with an iced elephant resembling her cuddly Ellie Belly toy, who cropped up during her appearance on Love Island.
