Inside Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury's romantic trip to New York

They've had a whirlwind time after leaving the Love Island villa but Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury made sure they spent some quality time together on a trip to New York.

The smitten couple, who came second on the ITV2 dating contest , went sightseeing together in Manhattan and cuddled up on a date at American Asian restaurant Buddakan.

"We're in New York," Tommy announced on his Instagram story, capturing his girlfriend walking along Fifth Avenue and sharing snaps of famous landmarks including Central Park.

On their date at Buddakan, which featured in the first Sex and the City film, Molly-Mae wowed in a chic black outfit with her blonde hair pulled back, teamed with a slick of red lipstick, and Manchester boxer Tommy looked dapper in a white shirt.

Social media influencer Molly-Mae flew to New York as the new face of Manchester-based fashion brand PrettyLittleThing and attended their first runway show at New York Fashion Week.

Molly-Mae and PrettyLittleThing boss Umar Kamani posed backstage for a snap with model, reality star and entrepreneur Paris Hilton.

Umar said on Twitter that the show was the 'biggest moment of my career so far.'

The runway show featured models with different body types in the same outfits as the online brand hosted its first fashion show in New York at the Plaza Hotel, featuring performances from Lil' Kim and Ashanti.

And Molly-Mae was thrilled to see herself on billboards in Times Square as an ambassador for PLT.

"That’s me.... on a billboard... in Times Square..." she told her 3.3million followers on Instagram, sharing a photo of herself standing in front of her PLT ad campaign which was shot in Los Angeles.

She says having her own PLT collection is "absolutely a dream come true" because she studied fashion for two years in London before becoming an influencer.

"I've had a very, very large input in the collection and I went to PLT with a very strong idea of what I wanted," she said.

Molly-Mae met Tommy on Love Island back in June and they went on to come in second place after winners Amber Gill and and Greg O'Shea who have since split.

Tommy, the brother of Tyson Fury, is also carving out his own path in the fashion world with a collaboration with boohooMAN.
