From fashion to parties, Mille Mackintosh was once known as the Queen Bee of West London’s night life – the ‘it’ girl stealing hearts and scenes in Made in Chelsea, the hugely-popular reality show.
Now, more than a decade after she quit the series, Millie has become a style and wellness influencer (1.3 million followers and counting on Instagram) and author – Bad Drunk, a guide to quitting alcohol, was released earlier this year.
She’s now married to fellow former MIC star Hugo Taylor and the couple have two daughters, Sienna, 4, and Aurelia, 3 and a pug, Luna.
The family have settled down in a Victorian terraced house in – you guessed it – Chelsea, which they have spent the past year or so renovating from top to bottom.

They enlisted the help of London-based Fore Contractors and local design studio Little Mellows to do so.
Part of the project involved converting a dressing room into a bathroom for her two daughters — a very pink bathroom.
“We decided to add another bathroom so they could have one next to their bedroom,” explains Millie.
“We could have all shared one, of course, but I wanted to create a space that was theirs, while also keeping our bathroom tranquil and child-free!” Can you blame her?

The process – which Millie says she loved being part of and seeing her vision come to life – involved ripping everything out of the dressing room and starting from scratch.
She says: “My inspiration was the shade of pink that the sky goes just after sunset or before sunrise.
“I wanted to use the colour and really go with it! It’s a fun but calming space and pink just makes me feel happy, while the girls love it, too.”
The rose-tinted tiles – Nero Slate Tumbled Cabochons on the floor and California Porcelain Rose from Ca’Pietra, the British brand specialising in luxury stone and tiles – provide a warm and welcoming backdrop with a similarly-hued vanity, bath, lights, mirror and blind colour-drenching the space.

For these, Millie sourced from Hudson Reed, The British Bathroom Design Company, Pooky, Anthropologie and Perennials respectively.
The shower and towel rail, in on-trend brass, are also from Hudson Reed, the super-posh bathroom company.
“I went for cute accents like leopard-print fabric, scalloped-edges and chequerboard flooring that look amazing with the pink marbled-effected tiles,” says Millie.
Completing the look are soft and calming walls in Poise by Coat Paints.
Millie concludes: “The girls mainly use the bathroom, but I love it so much I often use it, too.
“I love to take a long shower after the gym when they’re at nursery and school, or sometimes we do a weekly pampering ritual together, which we all love!”
