Tucked behind the gates of Stone Creek Ranch in Delray Beach, AKA South Florida’s renowned 'Billionaires Row,' sits Palazzo di Lago, a stunning compound that combines Italian design with tropical sensibilities, and now, it belongs to none other than Mark Wahlberg.
The actor recently purchased the property for $37,000,000, and it's quite the sight to behold. Blending modern European design with a James Bond sleekness, it is set on a 2.5-acre lakefront lot with a whopping 26,000 total square feet, including 18,600 square feet of interior living space.
From the soaring, 30-foot ceilings in the entryway to the Wellness Wing, which comes equipped with a gym, sauna, and massage room, and opens out to a private tennis court and a saltwater lagoon pool, the estate certainly redefines luxury. Let's take a closer look inside.

The foyer sets the tone with a two-storey set-up, pendant lights (like this piece from Wayfair) dripping from the ceiling, and marble plinths displaying lush plants, which add some greenery to the otherwise neutral color scheme.

The living area is contemporary as they come, with leather sofas, a glass coffee table, and delicate-yet-bold floral arrangements. The moody color palette of mocha, burnt sienna, and soft beige creates a warming ambiance.

Potentially one of my favorite couches, this distressed faux-leather sofa is ultra-premium. It's crafted from solid oak with angled dowels and rolled arms, cultivating a vintage, minimalist aesthetic.

This leather pillow adds visual interest and texture to any other colored sofa or accent chair. We love its timeless aesthetic and how its faux leather exterior is set to stand the test of time.

This deep red coffee table has sculptural legs and a smooth top. It's an elegant, luxurious style that would pair well with a really texture-heavy living room – think tufted rugs, boucle sofa, and lots of wood.

The staircase is anything but traditional, with a high-gloss Brazilian Guyana wood waving alongside cream paint, which complement the buttery brown chairs sitting underneath it.

The kitchen, meanwhile, combines the natural materials of wood, which serve the cabinetry, as well as stony gray marble as an island.

The dining room follows suit with luxe, gray seating, while opulent chandeliers add some glitz to the space.

Marble and wood is a clear favorite combination in this home, with the hallways using both to create a luxe feel.

Finally, the wine cellar is handsome in rich tones of mahogany, with ample shelving units to store an impressive collection of bottles.
Mark Wahlberg's home was listed with Senada Adzem of Douglas Elliman, and the buyer was represented by Michael Costello of Compass.
