Kendall Jenner’s former LA home has gone on the market for $8.5 million.
The 25-year-old reality star and model purchased the 4,800 sq ft home in 2017 from John Krasinski and Emily Blunt, for $6.5 million.
But, due to alleged stalking and burglary, Kendall sold it less than a year later to marketing mogul Bill Guthy and his wife, cosmetics entrepreneur Victoria Jackson – who listed it $2 million above the original asking price.
Inside, the mansion perfectly marries rustic and modern architecture with its wooden features and minimalistic black and grey doors and windows.
All six bedrooms and five bathrooms are furnished with stand-out items including priceless art and quirky leather furniture.
But the master suite features a seating area, outdoor terrace access and a bathroom with a bath and two showers.
The open-plan kitchen, which was renovated by the Krasinski’s, has an eight-burner oven, a hood, and a large window that overlooks the pool, lounge area and outdoor kitchen.
This leads into a dining room with a built-in bar, which was also built by Krasinski and Blunt.
The luxury pad also features a recording studio, home cinema and of course, a large walk-in wardrobe.
Nearly every room has sweeping views of the West Hollywood neighbourhood and surrounding nature, thanks to the floor to ceiling windows.
Outside, the stunning property makes the most of the California weather with an opulent pool area, complete with an alfresco dining table and sun loungers.
The spacious patio, designed by Blunt and Krasinski, is completely enclosed by high walls and foliage for optimum privacy.
