Kate and Rio Ferdinand have been recharging their batteries on a summer getaway with their family.
New mum Kate and BT Sport pundit Rio spent some quality time away with children Lorenz, Tate, Tia and Cree on a beach holiday.
And it looks like the Ferdinands had a lovely time with an idyllic trip that included dolphin watching as they celebrated Tate's 13th birthday.

Kate, 30, shared a collection of snaps and video clips from their holiday on her Instagram.
And she explained why the trip was much-needed to enable her to take a break from social media and to 'switch off.'
"I've been pretty quiet on here, sometimes I just find it all a bit much!" she said alongside a smiley picture of herself and her husband side-by-side.
Kate embraced the holiday vibe in a russet coloured linen cropped top and matching trousers accessorised with a straw bag.
And her hubby looked stylish in a black shirt, unbuttoned at the neck, and matching trousers with chunky sandals.
"Needed to switch off and enjoy some special time with my favourite people," she wrote.
"Beautiful," said one follower.
"The dolphins the kiddies," commented another.
"Gorgeous images," another complimented.

And another Instagrammer told her: "Just what we all need sometimes."
In another photo Kate posed alongside Tia, 10, with 'Happy Birthday Tate' tote bags.
And she soaked up some rays out to sea on a boat in a black bikini, snake print cover-up and a wide-brimmed hat.
"Happiest at sea," she wrote.
Her husband's colleague Jake Humphrey told her: "Hope you’ve had a great summer - sorry I’m now dragging your man back to work!"
Kate welcomed baby boy Cree with Manchester United icon Rio in December.
She's also doting stepmum to Rio's three children from his marriage to his late wife Rebecca Ellison.
Kate married her 'soulmate' Rio with a three day celebration in Turkey in September 2019.
In January she opened up about her emotions and anxiety being at an 'all time high' after giving birth to Cree and says she sneaked away to her room to have a cry.
She told followers that her feeling low might have been a combination of having a baby, having an emergency C-section and lockdown.
Kate wrote: "Don’t get me wrong I am blessed to live the life I do; a husband, 4 beautiful kids, 2 dogs (1 that’s still protesting because of baby!!) ... some moments I’m feeling amazing and full of love, but I’m too often left feeling low, like I can’t escape.
"I’m not sure if this is the after effects of a emergency C- section, or the stress of another lockdown - maybe it’s even a mix of both."
