Inside I’m A Celebrity winner Danny Miller's Christmas in isolation as he plans to teach son Albert cute lesson

I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! Winner Danny Miller will be taking over the kitchen on Christmas day as he takes over the cooking.

The star and his family will be having a quiet Christmas in isolation after his fiancée Steph recently tested positive for Covid less than a week after the pair were reunited.

The pair and son Albert were hoping to spend the festive period in "a lovely cottage in Wales" with extended family, but the plans have now changed.

However Danny promised that their first Christmas as a family of three will be "filled with lots of festivities and loads of food".

The former Emmerdale star told OK! He will become chef over the festive period and it seems he doesn't mind after claiming he enjoys cooking.

Danny hopes to pass his skills onto his first child, baby son Albert – who will be having his first Christmas this year.

Danny told OK: “That’s the one thing that I shine in and one thing that I will be doing for him is teaching him how to cook. I’ll do the Christmas dinner this year."

He added: "We're just having a nice chilled Christmas with our little elf!”

The pair welcomed their baby boy in late October this year - less than a month before Danny began his journey on the latest series of I’m A Celeb which he went on to win last Sunday.

Now reunited with his first child, the reality star has been excited to get back to family life with his partner Steph, who can’t wait to carry on their chapter as new parents together.

“This year we’ve learnt just how important family is now that we’ve created our own family together. The Millers together,” she said.

“As you get older you realise actually family time is so important and doing things as a family.

“You start to change from going out and the things that you used to enjoy and now you start to enjoy just staying in with our baby.”

Steph's coronavirus diagnosis unfortunately forced Danny to cancel his I'm A Celebrity welcome home party with friends.

Even though the situation isn't ideal Danny said it was "the perfect opportunity" to spend time together after the family were separated for several weeks while he was on the ITV reality series.

At the time he said: “After 23 days of not being able to see or speak to Steph and Albert which was the hardest time of my life we now have the perfect opportunity to catch up with one another as we begin isolation because Steph has, unfortunately bless her, caught Covid,” he said in a video shared on social media.

"But yeah, don't worry about us, we are all good. If you don't laugh about these things, you're gonna cry - and I've done enough of that over the last three weeks."
