Inside eerie huge underground abandoned pub with bar in tact and pool table set up

An eerie abandoned underground pub featuring a bar and a billiards room has been put up for sale.

The old British Railways Staff Association (B.R.S.A.) Club in Manchester city centre closed in 1992.

The 4,154-square-feet site has been marketed as in need of 'significant investment and refurbishment' after falling into disrepair over the years, the Manchester Evening News reports.

Urban explorers have previously filmed their adventures exploring the complex underneath Manchester's Victoria Station.

Although the exact floorplan hasn't been released for the unit, the old BRSA Club includes a bar and seating area, a billiards room, a cellar and two large rooms.

Photos posted by @McrHistory on Twitter show a stage area, as well as crumbling ceilings.

More  photos on the urban exploration blog 28 Days Later  show posters still on the wall, and cases of beer bottles still stacked in the cellar.

It also appears to have retained some of its historic features, such as the Victorian gloss tiling and stained glass windows.

Several people on Twitter have been sharing their memories of the site.

One posted: "My dad taught me to play pool in that club" while another said: "went in there a few times...a pal worked in the BR ticket office. It always seemed to be cabaret, bingo, pie and peas time even at 2 in the afternoon..".

The  Rightmove listing  is now showing that the unit has gone under offer.
