Inside EastEnders wedding as cast give verdict on whether Whitney will say 'I do'

EastEnders fans are gearing up for the wedding of the year as Whitney dean is due to walk down the aisle with Callum 'Halfway' Highway tonight.

Now they've been given a glimpse behind the scenes of Walford's big day, with stars of the soap all revealing if they think the blushing bride will actually say "I do".

Whitney knows her fiance cheated on her with Ben Mitchell, but after struggling with the decision she eventually chooses to go ahead with the wedding.

However, she continues to battle with whether she really can marry Callum - while he's having issues of his own as he tries to choose between his fiance and his lover.

We aren't going to know what happens until the very last minute, but during a backstage tour on This Morning today, the stars of the BBC one soap all gave their opinion on whether Whit should marry Callum.

Shona McGarty, who plays Whitney, said yes, while Tony Clay have a cryptic answer before deciding on "maybe".

However, Tony dropped a hint that Callum should not go through with it, saying: "You know there's a connection there, there's something that's happened there.

"As much as he says I don't know what's happened, what's there - it's there!"

Other stars quizzed included returning actress patsy Palmer, who's back as Bianca after five years away.

She insisted there's no way Whitney should be marrying a man who is unlikely to make her happy in the long run.

Danny Dyer, who plays Mick Carter, said no but Kellie Bright who plays his wife Linda said yes.

The actor explained he doens't think Whitney should marry a man "who is clearly very gay".
