Chris Hughes has given fans a glimpse into his loved-up holiday in the Maldives with girlfriend of four months Annabel Dimmock.
The former Love Island star shared a series of loved-up snaps with the professional golfer as they enjoyed a sun-soaked break before Christmas.
In one shot captioned ‘beach days with u’, Annabel ruffles Chris’ hair as they sit on a sun lounger with clear blue skies in the background.
A second snap shows the smitten pair – Chris in shorts and Annabel in an orange tie dye bikini - cuddling up. While Annabel plants a kiss on Chris’ arm in a third photo.
A couple of days ago, more loved-up snaps of the pair cuddling and holding hands on the beach got Chris’ 2 million Instagram fans and celebrity pals thinking he had proposed.
The 28-year-old simply captioned the post: “My lobster.”
Former The Only Way Is Essex star Mario Falcone commented: “Did she say yes?”
A fan chipped in: “I thought this was an announcement!” while another said: “I thought the exact same thing.”
And it seems fans are keen to see an engagement in the future. One commented: “Just pop the question already.”
Chris used to date former Little Mix star Jesy Nelson, but the pair went their separate ways in April last year after 18 months together.
Not being able to see each other during lockdown was blamed for the split, although the two are said to remain good friends.
In his first public relationship since, the 28-year-old Love Islander has found love with Annabel with the couple making their relationship Instagram official in August.
He exclusively told The Mirror he is the happiest he has ever been and can definitely see marriage and kids on the cards with 25-year-old Annabel.
“I’m looking forward to getting old, getting married and having kids,” Chris gushed about his girlfriend.
“We’re so well suited. I literally love spending time with her. When she goes away golfing abroad, if I’m not working I go with her. It’s a great opportunity to travel the world and just spend time together.”
Despite only dating a few months, Chris revealed the pair are already looking for a place to move in together.
He added: “We just share so much in common, like golf and our morals in a relationship which I think is the most important thing.
“Honestly, people just message me out of the blue and say I come across as a different person, saying you look so happy and so genuine.”
