Inside Chloe Ferry's luxury home as she puts it on market for £465,000

Chloe Ferry has put her luxury North Tyneside up for sale for £465,000, just days after showing off her 'new home.'

The Geordie Shore star moved into the new build property in Backworth at the start of last year and since then has completely transformed it with eye catching additions like marble tiles in her kitchen, a back garden the Love Island cast would be proud of, a stunning en suite master bedroom and her own bar and cinema room.

It came as shock last year when the 25-year-old revealed she was looking to move out, initially saying she was putting her house up for rent.

Reported millionaire Chloe told her Instagram followers: "Just a quick one...I've...I've decided...I can't get me words out...I have decided I'm going to move out of my house so it is going to go on the market for rent

"To the rear of the property there is a well equipped open plan kitchen with a wide range of grey kitchen units, complementing sleek white marble effect worktops, stainless steel sink with mixer tap, ceramic hob, built in oven, integrated appliances and breakfast bar.

"The room also boasts a drinks bar area ideal for social gatherings. Following through into the impressive cinema room and dining area with bi-fold doors you are drawn into the garden whereby you have that inclusive living lifestyle."

The description then details the rooms upstairs, including four generous bedrooms with the master having marble themed en-suite facilities and built in wardrobes.

It ends: "We anticipate a high level of interest on this property."

The advertising of her house online come days after Chloe gave her fans a video tour of what she referred to as her 'new house'.

After a looking round, she said: "I just had the most amazing house viewing. I've literally fell in love with it. I am going to be obviously doing a bit of work to it like extending it, rendering it bigger but yeah I'm so excited man!"
