The ECHO took a look inside the cheapest property on the market in Merseyside that comes with a hot tub.
The three-bed detached house is on the market for £255,000, with the average house price for Merseyside sitting at around £186,000 in October 2021, according to Zoopla.
The average house price for St Helens itself was considerably lower, sitting at £144,967 over the last year.

Terraced properties sold for an average of £99,195, with detached properties such as this fetching £254,613 on average.
The house sits on the popular The Shires estate, just south of St Helens town centre.

Overall. house prices in St. Helens over the last year were 6% up on the previous year and 17% up on the 2018 peak of £124,062
As well as the outdoor hot tub in the back garden, the property also features a sauna.
