Inside Charlotte Trippier's St James debut as Kieran scores - from wild celebrations to a chip butty

Charlotte Trippier had a memorable first visit to St James' Park on Tuesday night as husband Kieran scored in Newcastle United's win over Everyton.

Fashionista Charlotte has only been back in the UK for a few days, having stayed in Spain for a month after Kieran sealed his move from Atletico Madrid to the Magpies.

She arrived on Tyneside at the weekend, with the 30-year-old, delighting at having a proper British cuppa, a Sunday dinner and the pinnacle of Geordie cuisine - a Greggs.

Charlotte timed her move to Newcastle very well as her first trip to United' s ground saw her celebrate with fans as her other half scored his first goal for the club in a much needed 3-1 victory.

Charlotte's night at St James' started with food and drinks in one of the executive boxes at the stadium, before she stepped outside to watch Kieran in action.

Charlotte uploaded her video of Kieran and his teammates walked out onto the St James' turf for kick off, panning her camera around so her the followers of her Style Up Sisters Instagram account could get a taste of the electric atmosphere as Wor Flags once again did the club proud.

NUFC actually went behind to a Lascelles own goal, before firing straight back on level terms thanks to another own goal, this time from Everton's Mason Holgate.

As Ryan Fraser put Newcastle ahead in the second half, Charlotte celebrated with a chip butty, before she got her camera back out to film Kieran taking a free kick in the 80th minute and leaping to her feet as the ball hit the back of the net - somehow managing to keep hold of her phone in the process!

Charlotte returned to Insta after the final whistle blew and the players applauded the very vocal fans as The Beatles classic Hey Jude sounded out around St James'
