Charlotte Crosby and Joshua Ritchie have moved into a new five-bedroom property in Bolton.
Property developer Josh , according to the Sun , which is located on a quiet residential development.
The ex-Geordie Shore star, 29, and former Love Islander Josh, 25, have left behind her sprawling £1million Sunderland mansion - which she calls her 'favourite place' in the world - to cosy up together.
As well as five bedrooms, their Bolton love nest boasts three bathrooms, an ultra-modern kitchen, spacious back garden and a double garage.
The couple started dating after Charlotte's split from Stephen Bear in 2017, making things official in February 2018.

The detached new build is finished in an all-white theme throughout.
The kitchen is fitted with matching white units and black marble worktops, spotlights in the ceiling and has an island in the centre for dining.
The roomy house has a huge living area decorated with white tiled flooring and bay window.

In the back garden there's more than enough space for Charlotte and Josh to entertain their fellow reality TV star mates, with a patio area and manicured lawn.
In one of the three bathrooms the minimalist theme is continued with a plush walk-in shower, a square white sink and more white tiles.
The undecorated bedrooms are yet to receive the Charlotte touch but it's likely she will want to recreate the interior decor she has in her other home in Sunderland.

She admitted during counselling on Celebs Go Dating about how distraught she was to leave her six-bed mansion behind to move in with Josh.
Charlotte, who is said to be worth around £3.4million, will no longer have her indoor pool to relax in, a walk-in wardrobe, a stunning spiral staircase or balcony to lounge on, instead opting for the Bolton home.
She confessed on the E4 show how she felt "abandoned" by her boyfriend when he packs his things and leaves after their blazing rows.

Charlotte added: "That’s it, he just packs his things and goes home. I just cry and cry. I don’t know why but it just gets to me, it makes me feel abandoned."
Relationship expert Anna Williamson claimed there will be nowhere for Josh to bail if they get married and "s*** his the fan".
Charlotte admits she is questioning whether to give up her life in Newcastle for the man she loves.

She also claimed Josh doesn't appreciate what a big change the move is: "It's a big deal and sometimes I don't think [Josh] recognises how much a big deal it is."
When Anna asked her what was driving her to move in with Josh, she said: "I want to be with him and I felt excited about starting afresh."
Fans were left even more appalled when Charlotte revealed that Josh wouldn't even let her dogs come with her to Bolton.
