Inside Billionaire Mark Cuban's $19M Beach House

The living room fireplace is surrounded by a slab of white marble.

Billionaire Mark Cuban bought a $19 million beach house on the Southern California coast a few days before Christmas. The home has six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a media room, a library, a wine cellar, a gym, and a theater. These pictures from the listing agent show the interior of the house.

Mark Cuban’s new “mancave” has a bar and a glassed-in wine cellar that holds more than 800 bottles.

Cuban is one of the stars of ABC’s Shark Tank and the owner of the Dallas Mavericks basketball team, so the media room with three widescreen TVs might have caught his interest. The lower-level room also has a bar, a wine cellar, and dark wood floors. It’s a “mancave” with a Southern California flair.

Cuban’s home has a private pool, but owners and their guests can also use the resort’s three pools.

The home’s patio features a pool. However, owners of the 13 private residences at The Montage also can use the resort’s three pools as well as the spa, restaurants, and other amenities.

The kitchen has white cabinets and marble countertops.

The main kitchen has white cabinets, marble countertops, and a breakfast bar. There’s also an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, a pizza oven, and a wine cooler.

The patio’s linear fireplace is situated so guests can watch both the flames and the setting sun.
