Sally Nugent was "thrilled" when she was recently announced as the new host of BBC Breakfast.
The presenter will take over the job left vacant by Louise Minchin, when she decided to step down earlier this year after nearly two decades on the famous red sofa.
Sally - who has been a journalist for over 25 years - was exclusively unveiled by The Mirror as Louise's replacement earlier this week.
The 50-year-old said: "I'm absolutely thrilled to become the new presenter of BBC Breakfast and bring the nation the latest news, top entertainment guests and stories that matter every week."
And as Sally makes her first appearance on Monday morning in her permanent slot alongside Dan Walker, we take a look inside Sally's incredible home, complete with an in-house gym and a piano.

Sally lives with her husband - whose identity she's never revealed publicly - and they share a baby boy together.
She keeps her personal life incredibly private, but she did reveal that her husband bought her a beautiful "blue for a boy" vintage ring following the arrival of their son, with Sally describing the piece of jewellery as one of her favourites.
However, one family member that does make regular appearances on her Instagram feed is her pet pooch Sadie.
"Letting our normal grooming standards slip a little #stayhome," she wrote alongside this adorable snap of Sadie - who is a Cavapoo, a mix between a Cavalier King Charles and a toy poodle - last year.

Elsewhere, during lockdown, Sally converted a room in her home to a makeshift gym, with a spin bike as she took on the Big Bike In challenge.
She shared a snap of the bike sat in the middle of one of the high ceiling rooms in her home, which also have stunning parquet flooring.
She wrote alongside the snap: "This is my before picture for the #bigbikein. No one will ever see the 'after'. Really enjoyed my 30 miles. The brilliant @louiseminchin is still pedalling. She’s doing a hundred ! #nhs #stayathome #savelives."
Sally also has a traditional piano in her home too, where she works on her musical prowess, as she learned to play Adele's hit track Make You Feel My Love with the help of a metronome.

Sally's house decor is very minimalist, but she added a sparkle to her home with stunning fairy lights, which she has wrapped around her banister. In the day, the light from the huge window floods the stairs, whilst the windowsill is decorated with a display of photo frames, sharing some of her most important family photos.
Her bedroom is simple but chic, featuring floor-length gold curtains and a cream carpet with beige walls. The room certainly isn't cluttered, with just her double bed and a mirror in shot as she took a selfie.
